"I have spent a lot of time over the last four to five years trying to figure out who I was and what my purpose was. I have never felt more at peace and right than when planning this project and envisioning the future to come. There is something to be said about the process. It can take time. If you had told me five years ago that I would be launching this project, I probably would have laughed in your face. For the most part, I didn't even enjoy time outdoors. And yet here I am. Launching this project, which is likely going to consume the next seven years of my life. It's very humbling to look back and see where I was and to then look forward and see how far I have to go. Thank you to every single friend, leader, family member, and person that has helped me get to this place. There is absolutely no way I could be doing this without the impact you've had on my life. And I can only hope that I can do the same for someone else. That this journey will make a difference in someone's life. Whether it be someone in Africa who has to walk miles just to get dirty water so their family can survive or someone in the States who has hit rock bottom and feels like they are at the end of their rope. I just hope that I can provide some kind of inspiration and that we can walk this journey together. Hand in hand, unified, lets live beyond ourselves and go change the world."
